Rumours are growing, just like our anticipation for the Samsung Galaxy ‘Unpacked for Every Fan’ event.
On 14 September, Samsung dropped a bombshell on us that they're hosting another Unpacked event on 23 September. The wait, short as it was, is almost over.
With the Samsung Galaxy ‘Unpacked for Every Fan’ event set to kick-off tomorrow, we want to take a look at the endless rumours flying around the web and share them with you.
One for Samsung’s biggest fans.
Samsung, of course, launched a host of new products back in August, with its new Note 20 family. But they’re treating us with yet another event that’s got everyone talking about it. Including the gadget-lovers over at TechRadar, who believe that the word ‘fan’ in the event title is a tease to a new Galaxy S20 FE, or ‘Fan Edition’.
TechRadar aren’t the only ones who suspect an addition to the Samsung Galaxy S20 family; 9TO5Google also think the name of the event is a tell and the much-rumoured Samsung Galaxy FE is indeed the intended star for tomorrow’s event. We can only hope that they’re right!
So, if the rumours are true and Samsung’s upcoming event is all about the Galaxy S20 FE, then we’re all dying to hear about the fabulous features and specs! Now, obviously, we don’t know anything for certain, but Android Authority have really come through with what you could expect.
The ultimate mobile for streaming?
Android Authority have said that based on the latest rumours, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S20 FE may feature a whopping 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 2400 x 1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. We are crossing our fingers and hoping there’s some truth to this – the streaming opportunities would be sensational.
Rumour has it there could be both 4G and 5G models, both boasting super powerful processors as well as a very impressive camera system. It’s rumoured to have three rear cameras, with a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP 123-degree wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera.
If the whispers are true, then those of you who love a super-powerful battery are in luck. The rumoured Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is said to possibly pack an impressive 4500mAh battery, with many hoping to see it in a variety of different colours.
