Apple’s next WWDC is on 6th June, where it’s likely you’ll get your first official look at all he epic features that come with iOS 16.

Somebody call a plumber, we’ve got a few leaks.
We’ll kick things off with the design shall we. We’re not sure who Apple’s designer is for these updates, but they’re doing one hell of a job.
Every update is flawless, and rumour has it that this next one will be too. Word on the street is that iOS 16 will have redesigned icons and huge widgets.
Widgets are relatively new, but they’re already hugely popular. Bigger widgets, however, could house the smaller ones, keeping our iPhone neat and tidy.
Whispers on the internet, and one leaker named @LeaksApplePro, has suggested that these widgets may be interactive – which sounds like a whole bunch of fun.
Door Detection is another rumoured features, that people are going wild for. This would help users located a door, using LiDAR, the camera and the processor.
You’re probably wondering when you’d ever need this. And so were we. Have you ever arrived at a destination and couldn’t figure out how far away you were from the actual door? Or wandered around aimlessly, because maps was that little bit off?
Leakers are suggesting that this tech would be able to understand how far away you were from the door, whether it was open or closed and whether it uses a handle or a doorknob.
Live Captions are another rumoured feature, techadvisor hearing that they’ll be coming to apps, FaceTime and will even be accessible when talking with people. This will make things so much easier for deaf and hard hearing individuals.
There are a number of features that are mentioned, though we have fewer details on them. Mark Gurman suggests we will se an update to notifications.
With previous updates to Focus Mode, Sleeping Mode and Do Not Disturb, in relation to Notifications, we’re excited to see what they bring to the table.
