Samsung are set to host yet another out-of-this-world event. Are you ready?
Samsung are planning to heat up your summer with their upcoming event and we can’t wait.
We’ve heard it straight from the horse’s mouth that Samsung will be hosting their next unpacked event on August 11th at 3pm.
There’s an old saying that we shouldn’t believe everything we hear, but in this case, we’re praying the rumours are true.
There have been whispers circulating the internet, about what this event will unveil, since the end of Samsung’s last event.
Their past few events have unveiled some absolute corkers that have really made their mark on the mobile market.
If you’ve forgotten what we’re talking about, let us remind you. Those who love to live life in the fast lane, Samsung delivered the Galaxy S21 series.
They didn’t neglect the customers who prefer a more budget friendly mobile and so brought you the Galaxy A series – the same incredible Samsung experience, but for less.
So, how will Samsung live up to our high expectations? You ask. We’ve searched the internet high and low and gathered all the information out there, so you know just what to expect from the event.
Really flippin’ good.
Samsung are expected to reveal a number of devices that are pretty flippin’ good – and we mean flippin’, literally.
Rumour has it that their upcoming event will feature the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 – along with two new Galaxy Watches and new Galaxy Buds.
While we’re super excited about the prospect of a new watch and ear buds, it’s the mere possibility of two new phones that is getting us hyped.
If you don’t know @evleaks on Twitter, get to know them. They’re well-known in the secret-spilling world for being pretty much bang on when it comes to predictions.

Calling them psychic may be too far, but it’s safe to say that if we wanted to hire a private detective, we know who we’d recommend.
Their predictions are that the Z Flip3 will boast a 6.7-inch display, the perfect size for those who spend their time watching the latest movies on Netflix.
If this is true, entertainment lovers everywhere will be able to watch their content come to life and enjoy an immersive experience, almost as good as at the cinema itself.
@evleaks go on to say that the Z Flip3 will have a 12MP dual camera, which is perfect for getting the perfect shot in your new COVD restriction-free life.
Face masks quickly became the new norm and whether you choose to wear yours or not as restrictions lift, you’re still going to want cracking selfies.
@evleaks has claimed that the Z Flip3 will boast a stunning 10MP front camera. This is the perfect equipment to capture high-resolution snaps that will spruce up your socials in no time.
If you hadn’t guessed from the number of times we’ve mentioned the word flip, this will be a flip phone.
That’s right, it’s like the 90’s again. Flip phones are making a come back and we’re absolutely here for it.
According to TechRadar, the next Galaxy Z Flip will have a redesigned hinge and improved display material – the recipe for a fantastic foldable mobile. Could Samsung be paving the way for a more durable flip phone?
Have fun while you fold.
@evleaks goes on to list the features of a rumoured second device, the Z Fold3. They claim that this mobile will boast a 6.2-inch display, the same size as the Samsung Galaxy S21 screen.
The key difference between this mobile and the Z Flip3 is the camera. For those of you who want a more professional camera experience, the Z Fold 3 is rumoured to have three 12MP lenses.
That’s three different perspectives that you can add into your photography. Unlike the Z Flip3, the Z Fold3 is predicted to have not one but two selfie cameras – making it perfect for those who have their pouts at the ready.
One rumour that we’re crossing our fingers and toes for is the speculation that the Z Fold3 will be S-Pen compatible.
This is music to a workaholic’s ears and will send productivity soaring. The S Pen is an icon piece of Samsung technology.
Use it for general navigation, add your own notes to documents, send emails and doodle away during those long Teams meetings.
Of course, the clue is very much in the name when it comes to design. The Z Fold3 is expected to have a foldable screen that makes it more compact and easier to carry around with you. Enjoy an immersive display on a phone that fits right in your pocket.
Samsung keep their cards close to their chest, but a letter posted by TM Roh, the president and Head of Mobile Communications Business at Samsung, confirmed that the Galaxy Note mobile wouldn’t be included in their next event.
We don’t want to jump to any conclusions, but by process of elimination, we’re thinking two new Galaxy Z devices doesn’t sound far wrong.
Save the date.
Once again, we must reiterate that Samsung haven’t confirmed any of this. We don’t want you pointing fingers at us if we’re wrong…
Tune in on the 11th of August at 3pm and join in on all the fun. If you can’t wait that long to get your hands on a new Samsung device, check out our best Samsung deals available to you right now.
