Calls to service numbers (starting 084, 087, 09 and 118) aren’t included in your plan allowance. Camera is simply amazing and I haven't had time to explore everything it does yet. I'm planning a day out doing photography with it and I'm going to leave the SLR at home and see how it goes! Feels great in the hand, size is perfect and no issues whatsoever switching to this Android OS from iPhone OS. Only small gripe is that the main nav buttons do not hide, while keyboard is up in portrait mode and I keep hitting the home button by accident when I'm going for the spacebar. Typing in landscape mode eliminates this issue and give you a bigger keyboard anyway, so not a deal breaker. Overall I love how much more customisable and free you feel with the Android OS compared to IOS but without sacrificing hardware quality, the phone itself is solid, quick, responsive and does everything I need and soooooo much more!!!

It looks great and the camera is extremely good. I've just been to London for a few days and the night time shots I've got of the Thames Embankment are as good as I used to get with my Nikon digital SLR - but it fits in my pocket! It's quite solid (and a bit heavy) compared to my old phone but no heavier than other new mobiles I've tried.
The only thing I would have liked was wireless charging. Having said that it charges in just over an hour and lasts much longer than most other mobiles I've used.
Overall - it's the best that I found on the market at the moment.

Absolutely love it. Having always been part of the Apple family, the specification and cost of this phone pushed me to Android. The camera and AI system is out of this world! Really enjoying this phone so far - haven't given five stars as I've only been using it for a week. Look and feel are great, though it is slightly heavier than I imagined. Everything seems very efficient and the AI camera was impressive (only used on one outing so far), much more satisfied with the P20 Pro than any of the Samsung devices I've had in the past. I would recommend!

So far this has been an excellent purchase. The phone is quick and easy to use, with a vivid screen, really long-lasting battery, and most distinctively a camera that is taking some outstanding pictures. Makes a big upgrade from my previous Samsung S6. The camera is the most impressive element.
