Calls to service numbers (starting 084, 087, 09 and 118) aren’t included in your plan allowance. There will be two charges on your bill, made up of an Access Charge that's charged by the network as pence per minute, and a Service Charge that's charged by the organisation you called. You will be charged the Access Charge for a minimum of 1 minute and then per second for the rest of the call.
Roaming ChargesAdditional charges will apply to calls made while roaming outside of the EU/EAA.

Upgrading from an iPhone 6s here and the 8+ is faster, larger, heavier and altogether more slick than the older device, not that that was slow by any means! A little like a mini iPad mini!
Unlike Android devices I have owned, Apple phones really do "just work". Sadly the downside is that they are very expensive, but then if they last 3 or more years, I suppose you get your money's worth.
