Calls to service numbers (starting 084, 087, 09 and 118) aren’t included in your plan allowance. There will be two charges on your bill, made up of an Access Charge that's charged by the network as pence per minute, and a Service Charge that's charged by the organisation you called. Still finding my way around the settings which are best to use, there are soooo many. The look is amazing, although even with the pre installed screen protector, and a Spigen clear phone cover, I'm scared if it dropping, as I really don't think the screen protector will not save the the screen at all. Time will tell
Great service and phone.
Previously i had the S7 Edge, and ergonomically the phone is identical in the hand which is a massive bonus. The screen is probably still the best on any device in the market. The cameras are amazing and i must say i have been using the wide angle lens a lot more then expected as the photos that it takes are crazy. also the zoom on the camera is really impressive and takes great photos even when on 10X zoom. The new Samsung oneUI is also unmatched compared to anything ive ever used, its simple and smooth exactly how it should be. The battery life on this device is impressive too, ive had the device go for 20 hours without being charged.
A few negatives about the device is the location of the power button, when going to click on the power button with my left hand i accidentally screenshot. another physical issue ive had is the bixby button as i keep clicking it by mistake, i just feel a physical button for it shouldn't be there but it is.
The last problem i had with the device was software based, Samsung for some reason decided not to leave the device on the maximum resolution which does mean i get a bit less outr of my battery but it isnt a problem with fast charging. also i would recommend changing the screen mode from natural to vivid to really make colors pop on the display to to get the most out of your device.
