There are range of speeds depending on which EE Home Broadband package you choose, and what speed and capacity is available at your home (determined by a line check). Below is a breakdown of the average download speeds offered by EE.

Fibre - 36Mb/s
Fibre Plus - 67Mb/s
Fibre Max 1 - 145Mb/s
Fibre Max 2 - 300Mb/s
You can cancel your Home Broadband free of charge at any time before the activation date. You also have up to 14 days to cancel after your Broadband is activated; you’ll be responsible for any pro-rata fees for your use of the service up to the point of cancellation, as well as any costs of returning equipment to EE.
