All refurbished and second-hand mobile phones are backed by a 12-month supplier warranty. They’re also inspected and tested before sold to make sure they work just like a new mobile.
Refurbished mobiles have either been bought by someone and returned within 14-days, or bought, used for a while and then sold. Because they’re second-hand, they’re much cheaper and can save you a lot of money.
All refurbished mobiles come with a charging cable. They don’t include the mains charging head, but you can plug the charging cable into a spare one you have at home.
New mobiles haven’t been owned before, while refurbished mobiles are second-hand. When compared next to each, though, there might not much difference. Depending on the refurb grading, there may minimal or even no signs of use. And they still work the same, but cost much less.
Refurbished mobiles come with a charging cable that’s added by the supplier. The original accessories aren’t included because they can’t be guaranteed. Items such as earphones aren’t included for hygiene reasons.
You can return a refurbished mobile within 14-days if it’s not quite what you’re looking for.
