We inspect all mobiles and put them through rigorous testing to make sure they’re in Grade A condition before you buy them. Our refurbished mobiles are inspected and tested to make sure they work like new, but they cost much less than a new mobile would – which is ideal if you’re on a budget and want to save money.

What’s the difference?

Brand new mobiles have never been owned before, while refurbished mobiles are pre-owned. Some of our refurbished mobiles have been returned within 14-days of purchase, so they’re like new. Others have been owned for longer. Most of our refurbs show little to no signs of use, depending on how they’ve been graded. But they all work just like a new mobile.

Extras.

All our refurbished mobiles are provided with the original charging cable from the supplier. We don’t include the mains charging head, but you can plug the cable into a spare one at home. Other original accessories aren’t included with refurbs because we can’t guarantee their quality. Headphones aren’t included for hygiene reasons.
